Secrets New Home Builders Hope You Never Know.

The less you know about buying a new home, the easier it is for the builder to sell and close you. And, by the time you find out what you should have known as a new home buyer, the builder is long gone.

A special report has been released that details the risks you take when buying a new home without qualified representation. You trusted the builder who, by the way is only in the business for one reason (to get YOUR money), had professionally educated representation throughout the transaction from a trained salesperson, their project manager, their contractors, their construction superintendents, the mortgage company (usually the builder owns the mortgage company they send you to), the title company (usually the builder owns the title company they send you to), the surveyor, the appraiser (who both work for the mortgage company that is owned by the builder), the plumber, the electrician, the attorney and so on. And, they might have even told you that you did not need a Realtor to buy one of their homes. Well, their hope is you don't have an agent. It makes the deal so much easier for them when you just do what they suggest without question and it saves them money.

Committing hundreds of thousand dollars on a new home without representation is like playing a game of football against an entire team except instead of points you use dollars and the penalties are your rights that you forfeit because you are not aware of them and the money you spend that you did not need to.

The builders' representative is certainly not going to inform you of your rights. After all, it's their fiduciary responsibility to get the most money for the builder.

You won't get a better deal without a Realtor. Realtors account for over 50% of all new home sales, so builders have already priced the home to sell with or without realtor representation.

When it's time to sell, unfortunately you may have to revisit the transaction you had with the builder and possibly wind up paying for mistakes that were made at the time of purchase.
